Austrian tennis player Tamira Paszek faces a provisional suspension while officials investigate whether a medical treatment she received for a back injury violated doping regulations.
The Austrian anti-doping agency has asked its discplinary committee to temporarily ban Paszek.

French Open champion Svetlana Kuznetsova has pulled out of next week’s L.A. Women’s Tennis Championships due to a foot injury.
